As in Jones' previous three books in this series, this story has the ring of truth. If you haven't read the first three, you should, for your own enjoyment. However, each is a stand-alone story, so it isn't essential to read them in order. Karl Meyer, a newly retired professor dealing with recent personal losses, begins having encounters with Jesus which make him question his sanity but which ultimately open up a whole new dimension of understanding. The first three books were wonderfully inspiring, but in this story, Jones has made a giant leap forward in his writing ability. In his poetic turns of phrase he reminds me of the classical authors, especially Henry James. You will find this one particularly hard to put down.Product details

This series is one of the most fascinating, insightful, that I have ever read. And I've been a reader for nearly sixty years. The windows they opened to me, to actually see Jesus as a real, loving , compassionate, and even fun-loving man, totally blew me away. Truly regretted finishing the last one. So real I can't help wondering if the author is telling of his own experience. More, please.
While reading, I could actually felt how it must be sitting with Jesus... talking... a wonderful experience to read these books. May Jesus bless you in abundance🌺🙌🙌
This book helps you get a great prospective on what it's like to see Jesus in real life! How I envy the characters in this and the other books in this series with their experience in seeing Jesus face to face. However, this last book brings the thought of Jesus living inside us to a better understanding of this reality in our own lives. Thanks for a great series! I'm sad there are no more,
That this one touched me, as a teacher and writer in his seventies, is no real surprise. Jeffrey has again brought us into a realistic conversion experience in the midst of an urban fantasy.
The story is sweet, smart, and joyful. The characters are marvelous. You will truly enjoy and be edified by this tale.
Mr. Jones does it again! This time a male senior citizen whom Jesus spends time with, helping open his eyes, heart, mind and soul. I certainly wish I were the one with the visiting Jesus....but at least these stories remind me He is right here inside me, and those words I hear in my head at times aren't necessarily my own!
Have read all four in the series, and, as with each of the preceding three, hoped this book would never end! It really doesn't end at the completion of the novel, as the author's treatment of the eternal doesn't fade away when the novel is finished. I am a born-again Christian who enjoys every day what the author is leading his reader towards--an illumination of what it's like to live life with the indwelling Holy Spirit. These four novels are by far the best Christian fiction I have ever read, because they are faithful to the Biblical teaching regarding the Lord's heart and sovereignty over His creation. Importantly, they would make perfect gifts to any Middle Graders (and up) whom you'd like to enjoy Jesus' presence all day, every day i.e. 24/7/365. Because they are so well written, these books will revolutionize many Christian lives, refresh and encourage all of us, and open many unseeing eyes.
Like the other three books of the Seeing Jesus series, this would be a five-star rating if not for the lack of any serious copy editing. I would purchase the entire series in a heartbeat...IF I could get it in print form AND edited condition. This author is too good to be so hampered by this lack! I see no good reason why a top Christian publisher hasn't signed him for every book he can write! But, people who paid attention in English Grammar 101 may be badly distracted by the grammatical errors, punctuation errors, sentence structure errors, and malapropisms.
